Return & Fit Policy

At Obooi, every pair of sandals is handcrafted and custom-made to match your unique needs. Because of this personalized approach, we do not offer traditional returns. However, we stand by our Fit Guarantee and are committed to making sure you’re fully satisfied with your footwear.

Fit Guarantee

If your sandals don’t feel quite right when you receive them, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to identify the issue and provide a solution if possible. You’ll be asked to share a brief description of the issue, and in some cases, we may request photos or a short video to better understand the problem.

Wear & Condition

We recommend wearing your sandals with attention during the initial 10–14 day adaptation period, as your body may need time to adjust to the new foot alignment and support.

In most cases (about 90% of users), the adaptation is smooth and comfortable. However, in rare cases (around 10%), mild discomfort or pain may occur. If this happens, simply rest your feet for about an hour before continuing to wear the sandals. This gradual approach helps your body adjust safely and effectively.

Minor signs of wear during this period are completely normal and acceptable when requesting adjustments.

Please note: we cannot offer adjustments if the sandals have been intentionally damaged, altered, or subjected to extreme or inappropriate use outside of standard wear.

No Traditional Returns or Refunds

Due to the fully personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Aesthetic preferences (e.g., color, material, style)
• Delayed delivery caused by missing customer input

We aim to reduce unnecessary production and avoid waste in line with our sustainable practices.

LEVEL 3 CUSTOMIZATION

For customers ordering products with Level 3 Customization, a special diagnostic kit will be shipped to you. You are required to return this kit to us or an authorized partner before we can begin customization and production.

Please note:
Actual delivery depends on how quickly you respond and return the kit.

Failure to send back the kit in a timely manner may delay or even cancel the order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your sandals arrive with a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., broken hardware, unstitched parts), notify us within 7 days of receiving them. We will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

When to Contact Us

Please reach out to us for all return, fit, or customization questions. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We're here to guide you through the process and help you get the best out of your Obooi experience.

All products are custom-made and come with a Fit Guarantee. If something feels off, we’ll work with you to adjust it. However, due to the personalized nature, we aim to avoid unnecessary returns or waste.

Because our footwear influences the feet, skeletal system, and overall posture, an adaptation period of 10–14 days is normal. During this time, mild discomfort may occur — if so, let your feet rest for an hour, then continue wearing them to allow gradual adjustment. There should be no blistering or similar issues. If problems persist beyond this period, please contact us for individual consultation.

Our sandals are intended to support specific conditions and preventive care but are not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your doctor or specialist before use. For best results, they should be worn at least 80% of your day (around 12 hours daily).

Please inform us of any existing conditions so we can offer appropriate guidance. We are not liable for complications resulting from improper use.
