We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please note that imprint foam is a single-use, hygiene-sensitive product, so our return policy is limited to ensure safety and product integrity.

🧾 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

- Used or opened imprint foam

- Items returned for “change of mind,” wrong size, or ordering mistakes

- Any imprint foam showing signs of wear, contamination, or damage after delivery
