How do I know how many millimetres I need?
Use the measurement from your physiotherapist or podiatrist. If you don't have one, order with your best estimate - we confirm the height with you before production starts.
What changes at 16 mm?
Up to 15 mm the wedge is 3D-printed as a variable-density lattice. From 16 mm we mill it from a solid block so the extra height cannot compress or shear under load.
Can the correction sit on both sides?
Yes. Set a lift on both the left and the right dropdown - the price stays tied to the product, not the number of corrected sides.
Do the two sandals look different?
No. The correction is built into the midsole geometry, so the pair reads as one design from the outside.
How long does production take?
Made per order in the EU, typically 12-15 days from confirmation, then tracked delivery.
