At Dr.Obooi, every pair of sandals is made-to-order and customized for you.
Because of this, our products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of defect or error on our part, in accordance with EU consumer law for personalized goods.
That said, we are committed to helping you achieve the best possible fit.
Fit Support Guarantee
If something doesnβt feel right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will review your case and guide you through possible adjustments.
Depending on the situation, this may include:

Adaptation Period
Our sandals actively support your feet and posture.
A 10β14 day adaptation period is normal.
During this time:

No Returns or Refunds

Delays in returning the kit may result in:
